Less Guilt "Cheat Meals"

You try your best to eat healthy, but there’s always that one meal or treat you can’t resist. Even though it's important to remember moderation is key, sometimes having a better option can keep us more on track. Below are some of your favorite cheat meals, but in “healthy” form.

Mac and cheese

For the mac: Chick pea pasta! I like the band Branza

For the cheese

I recommend only ½ Tbsp soy sauce or sub out liquid aminos for a healthier option, ¼ tsp. garlic powder and I take out the siracha completely for a more mac and cheese flavored cheese.
