We will give you a tour of our facility. Then we will answer any questions you may have and talk about your health and fitness goals and challenges. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

Discounts for military, nurses, teachers, families
This includes one meal plan with a guide on how many macronutrients or calories you need per meal. Macro or calorie plan depends on your comfort level with nutrition.
$15 one time fee per plan
This is an upgraded meal plan that includes ideas of what you should be eating based on what you currently eat and some additional ideas. Additionally you will receive some recipe ideas to add in to make your meals more fun!
$35 one time fee per plan
This program comes with a coach to help guide you through your weight loss. Your coach will keep you accountable and make meal plan adjustments as needed. You will be able to ask your coach questions throughout your journey and they will check in to make sure you stay on track!

Individualized programming to improve form and increase strength. All memberships come with coaching for weightlifting/ powerlifting meets.
Basic Strength Training
This is for those who would like to add some additional strength onto what they're currently doing in CrossFit programming.

Basic Olympic Lifting/ Powerlifting
This will give you individualized programming for 3 times a week with sessions being 30+ minutes. This comes along with 5 video reviews of lifts and form critique (unlimited for members).

Advanced Olympic Lifting/ Powerlifting
This will include individualized programming for 5 times a week with session being 60-90 minutes. This includes unlimited video reviews of lifts and form critique.
