We are capping registration to 12 people! If more are interested we will host another, however we want everyone to get as much individualized attention as possible!
Starts at 10am July 20 will go until 12p/ 12:30. Bring snacks!
10am-10:15: Proper breathing/ how to and when to use a belt 10:15-10:30: Back Squat- Technique, accessory, standards 10:30-11 Bench- Technique, accessory, standards 11-11:20- Bench Practice 11:20- 11:40- Deadlift- Technique, accessory, standards 11:40- 12 Questions and Deadlift Practice Everyone will be given programming to add in additionally.
