"CrossFit is important to me for so many different reasons. It transformed my mind, body, and taught me I'm capable of so much more than I could ever imagine. I am more confident, stronger and healthier. CrossFit has helped me become the strong, independent, confident woman I am today. My goal as an owner and coach is to help people improve their life through building a healthier lifestyle and increasing their confidence to excel outside of the gym as well."
What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is cardio, gymnastics and strength training rolled into one efficient package.
We incorporate things like lifting weights, jump rope, kettlebells, pushups, running, rowing, biking, and more! We mix all of these elements together in challenging and creative ways so that you never get bored. Every day is a different workout and combination of movements, and all the movements can be altered for your level.

What is a class at CrossFit 267 like?
Our CrossFit classes are an hour long and everything is guided by a certified trainer. A typical class size can range from 5-12 members.
We start off with a warmup to get your body warmed and ready for class. The trainer will go over the movements and then you will complete them at your own pace. Once completed we will typically do a strength that consists of barbell, dumbbells or body weight. The coach will go over it prior and watch you to make sure you are staying safe. Afterwards, it's time for cardio. The coach will discuss the workout and the movements and then everyone in the class works at their own pace. We make sure the weights and movements are for your level and the coach will make any adjustments needed.
